Jay Wyatt: Hello MPW Nation my name is Jay Wyatt and on the eve of the One Year Anniversary Show we are here with a man who has been here since the beginning in July of 2012, he is "C Double" Chris Cable, hello to you Chris
Cable: Hello Jay, It's been a while hasn't it? Gone through a lot here and now we stand here one year on and I'm still here and I'm still knocking people out!
Wyatt: Well on what you just said right there Chris, my first question is how do you believe the first year has been for Chris Cable?
Cable: Well let's see, I faced Rage in one of the most personal feuds in wrestling history, myself and Andre Dixon became the tag team champions, held the titles for 3 months I then went onto hold and become the last ever X-Core Champion beating Kuk Killswitch for that and also being in a group that despite it's flaws was able to bring the whole company to its knees and a car up Trey Baxter's ass
In all seriousness though this company has been a home for me and has been the place where Chris Cable became Chris Cable. Not many companies can even say they have lasted a year and this place is special and will be around for a lot longer, well I guess along as Chris Cable is in it!
Wyatt: Onto some more present stuff, last week you pulled a victory on Johhny Clash after you were able to beat him in a Orange Clockwork of Fun match. It was a brutal match and was something of a spectical, what are your thoughts about the match and will you be 100% for this week?
Cable: As a lot of people say in this business Jay, "you win some and you loss some" now a couple of weeks ago I lost to Trey Baxter in a world title fight, how do I rebound from that loss? I beat the guy who made this company what it is, he's the general manager for gods sake and I pinned him to the mat 1 2 3. This proves how good I am and how Chris Cable lies down for nobody, I will get back up and elbow you in the face quicker than you can "tits". Actually if someone said tits I would look in the direction but still you get the point.
Onto the point about me being 100% of cause I am! Chris Cable is a tank, heck run me over with one and I will get back up and hit you straight in the face once again!
Wyatt: This week you are taking on White Mask in a match which will pit you two for the first time, do you know much about White Mask and what is your strategy going into the match?
Cable: Well White Mask sure does talk a big game, he walks in front of any camera and can really create a sense of mystery. The thing is though I'm Chris Cable and when I enter that ring with you White Mask I will be your Black Mask, I will be the guy who shows you what being an MPW Wrestler is all about. I have made a living of squashing people to the ground and I plan on continuing with your face in the dirt after I am finished with you. I only plan on winning because if I do then that world title is around the corner once again, I beat Johnny Clash and now soon I will get another shot at the leather, I screwed up the first time but I am not making promises this time. I am only going to go to that ring and do something about it.
[Cable moves from looking at Wyatt to the camera where he looks with a sense of focus]
Cable: Promises have let me down in the past but no longer. When I walk into the ring now I only care about doing, I do not parade the ring and think I am going to win, I am going to do it and then parade around the ring......
[Cable laughs to himself as he looks back at Wyatt]
So in answer to your question Jay, White Mask is someone that I am going to go to the ring to and knock him out with the RipCord Elbow and leave him with a nice big crack in that white mask of his.
Wyatt: Last question who do you think will win the much anticipated main event between Johnny Clash and Trey Baxter, two guys like yourself who have been at MPW for the full year in a match that if Johnny Clash wins then he could be in line for a future title match?
Cable: Well last week I beat Johnny Clash so I don't think that if he beats the world champion this week then he should be in line for the title. The match itself will be an instant classic that I can promise. As much as Trey Baxter and his group of ass lickers are a bunch of homosexual trout he is still the world champion and any match with Trey Baxter is something of a spectical so I think everyone will be watching the match. And then though the advantage to me is that they will beat the living day lights out of each other and then I am ripe for the pickings. So if you don't mind Jay I'm off to eat some Pie and drink some VB.
White Mask this week you will face Chris Cable and I wish you all the luck in the world because when that final bell rings it's Chris Cable standing above you limb body with nothing but that white mask left.
